1 General Information and Definitions

6bdtk is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 6bdtk ("we", "platform", "company") and the user ("you", "member", "player").

This document has been prepared for the Bangladesh market. By visiting the 6bdtk website, creating an account, or participating in any game or service, you acknowledge that you have fully read these terms and agree to comply with them.

Relevant Definitions

• "Account" — The personal profile of a registered user.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 6bdtk account. Keep your username and password confidential and do not share them with any third party.

Account Security

• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• A single account may not be used by more than one person.
• Transferring, selling, or using an account for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• You will be responsible for all activity that takes place in your account.

KYC Identity Verification

6bdtk may request identity verification at any time. Completing KYC is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request or for large transactions. If the required documents are not provided or the information given cannot be verified, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on the 6bdtk platform. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer may be used for deposits.
• If a fraudulent deposit is attempted, the account will be closed immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• All wagering requirements on any active bonus must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• 6bdtk reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

6bdtk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and it is mandatory to read them carefully before claiming a bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to use this bonus. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you will need to place bets totaling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 to make the bonus withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn directly from the bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is completed.
• There may be restrictions on using bonuses in certain games.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• 6bdtk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period. Once expired, the bonus and any related winnings will be automatically cancelled.

VIP Program

The 6bdtk VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — from Bronze through to Diamond, weekly cashback of 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and up to 1.0% respectively is available. The exact cashback amount depends on the member's activity and is determined at 6bdtk's discretion.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activity on the 6bdtk platform. Each game or betting section may have its own additional rules, which will be stated on the relevant section's page.

• Once a bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• 6bdtk reserves the right to review and correct bet outcomes caused by technical errors.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected, 6bdtk may suspend the related account's activity until an investigation is complete.
• The rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) will remain in effect and their results will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6bdtk platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

Fraud and Abuse

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Gaining an unfair advantage by exploiting any system error or vulnerability.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Claiming the same bonus offer more than once.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

Other Prohibited Actions

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or an ineligible person.
• Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Attempting a cyberattack or hacking against the platform.
• Threatening or harassing any officer or employee of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

6bdtk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

Closure at Platform's Initiative

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If identity verification cannot be completed or false information is proven to have been provided.
• If evidence of participation in prohibited activities is found.
• At the direction of a law enforcement authority.

Self-Initiated Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting us via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please withdraw any available funds before closing your account. Active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

6bdtk takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial harm. Every member is advised to enjoy games within their means.

• You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• You may use the "cooling off" feature to take a temporary break from gaming.
• You can request "Self-Exclusion" for a long-term break.

6bdtk may add, modify, or remove any service, game, or section at any time. Members are not entitled to any compensation due to such changes.
